I'd like to thank you for your review I'm glad your room was clean and can hope you come back and visit us again. I do apologize for the restroom and will make sure to address the issue with my housekeepers to prevent it from happening again in the future..

My room was not clean. Had to ask housekeeping to clean the refrigerator and vacuum the rug (food and spillage in the refrigerator and old food and trash on the carpet). Noticed the bathroom floor had hair and debris but became tired of calling housekeeping back so just dealt with it. In addition the air conditioning was not working properly, I had to set the thermostat to 69 degrees, but the room remained around 79 degrees. Lastly the bathroom sink was plugged up which made brushing teeth and washing your face difficult, so I started using the bathtub to do these task. Even with me reporting this to the staff, upper management was somehow unavailable to help. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times with no issues. I’m not sure if they’re under new management.
