Driving up to the entrance felt unsafe. Once I saw the building on the outside in its run down condition and the empty parking lot I felt unsafe and found a safer place to stay. The pictures online are deceiving.

Had to switch room twice. The first had a clogged bathtub with moldy water. The 2nd the lock didn't work. The 3rd had twin beds when I had reserved a king but I was too exhausted to go back to the desk. All of the rooms had flies in them. The free breakfast had bread and muffins, but the waffle maker had crusty batter all around. The refrigerator with the milk for coffee had a dead ladybug on top and the milk was lukewarm not cold.

The place is old and run down. The room was mostly clean. The bedspread stained. Needs to be remodeled. Looks like a 40 year old hotel. Kind of overpriced for the condition. Hard to see room numbers.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the broken furniture, the sticky floors and furniture, and the dirty syringe in the bathtub, I was in shock at how filthy it was. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and Expedia should remove it from their site. We had to use the bathroom towels to cover the chairs in order to sit down. There was a medication pack in the floor. The ice bucket lid was covered in what looked like black mold. This room was so horrendous that we left not too long after arriving. This was not a case of a motel that needed to updated, it was just pure filth and nothing more tgan the room having not been cleaned in what looked like weeks, if ever. Ramada by Wyndam should be ashamed to allow such a place to bear their brand.

I didn't like the management. He was very rude and unprofessional. He would not switch my room and had several rooms he could have switched too. He act like just because I went through a third party to book it that it didn't matter. The room 136 he assigned me to was disgusting it had hairs under the covers and stains on the sheets the the bathroom tub had dirty rings around it so I asked me to have someone clean the room and change the beds and an hour went by still nothing I was so tired and angry They didn't even have a phone so I could do each time I had to walk up to the office because my cell would get a busy sign so I said I want to change rooms bc I'm tired and need some rest the reason for me coming in the first place but he got mad and told me his will refund my money back to be because he was not changing no room out and I said why because I want to rest and be comfortable in a clean environment and he said you just get refund. These new owners at the location really suck and there nothing like he previous owners they don't even have suites there anymore and haven't added any water to the pool either but charge like they do. Someone from corporate needs to come visit the Lumberton NC location because they are making a bad name for Ramada Inn and some on the tenants was stripping a car in the parking lot while I was just trying to get a clean room like if it was stolen and no one said nothing about that either.

The property cleanliness in lobby was degrading, bathroom were filthy and unusable with no toilet tissue! I asked for a non smoking room received a nonsmoking room! There were flies and a dirty bathroom tub in the hotel room ! I didn’t feel safe in the environment of the hotel so I checked out the same day! This was the worse hotel experience ever.

This property was dirty. The walls were nasty. There was black mold in the bathroom. Doors did not close properly. Took my Yorkie on a walk and there was a syringe laying in the grass. I have pictures to prove what I am claiming, however there is no way to uploaded them to this review. I thought being a Ramada Inn associated with Wyndham that the place would be at least clean. Definitely did not stand up to the minimum standards. Should be condemned and torn down and rebuilt.

Pet fee cash only $20.

At check-in the man said the pet fee was not payable by a card, cash only. I would like to know why that is not mentioned on the website along with the $20 charge for the pet fee.

The exterior was not the best, the pool had about 2 inches of brown water in it with garbage floating in it! The first room they gave me was not cleaned from the previous guest! They gave me a second room and the key didn't work. I asked for a refund and they refused! They then gave me a third room which was ok! After being on the road for hours this experience was very trying! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Nope.

The room didn't have a TV. The room was one bed instead of two like I reserved. The door didn't have a lock and I was offered by the front desk to have my door.... "locked from the outside and then opened from the outside in the morning"... The walls were covered with dirty hand prints... Weird...very very weird... Bugs were inside the room and the bathroom was also disgusting. We did not stay. Gross. Terrible. Unsafe. Do not go here!!
