its a great property with wonderful cleaning staff. Grace and Ruth at the reception were very responsive to my needs. however, the restaurant needs to be reinstated. refurbishment of the air condition system is needed

Very good basic hotel

This motel is a good locally owned and operated budget option in Lusaka. It offers a very pleasant courtyard, good restaurant with limited menu, and clean, basic room. Location is not too far from the center, though Lusaka is not a good town for walking, and there are nor restaurants, bars, etc. near the property. I stayed here twice, and the TV reception was poor in each room. Also some problems with WI-FI on the first stay.

Not as advertised...disappointed

The room was fairly clean upon arrival, then it got bad. Advertised was satellite TV but it was all just set up through the lounge TV. Therefore when my kids were watching Animal Planet, all of the sudden a soap opera would come on when someone changed the channel in the lounge. There was no hot water kettle or tea as advertised, just a container with instant coffee and two dirty mugs. Advertised was complimentary toiletries, which was just a small bar of hand soap. I asked for shampoo but they had none. When I got into the shower, it was ice cold. They didn't have hot water there! Also, we wanted to avoid drinking the water in Lusaka. We went to the bar to buy some and they only had 1 bottle. It was just disappointing there. For the price, we expected a decent room.

広々とした清潔感のある部屋

部屋も広々として、ベッドも大きく、快適に過ごせました。部屋の入り口と窓が中庭に面しており、入り口を入ってすぐにベッドがあるため、ドアや窓を開けにくかった。しかし、スタッフの対応も丁寧で、安心して過ごせました。

最最惡劣的職員，最最差服務態度，簡直不知所謂，完全表露出不歡迎任何客人入住酒店，我訂了三晚，住了兩晚已經無法忍受，速速退房離開，犧牲了第三晚的房租，不知為何expedia会介紹此酒店
