The bay view is stunning, with deck space for relaxing and access to the bay for swimming, or just floating the day away.

***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Kitchen Amenities:

Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, toaster and a traditional coffee maker

Kitchen also includes pots, pans, utensils, and dishes



Outdoor Space:

Portable fire pit (guests provide firewood)

Deck with outdoor cushioned seating

Close to beaches, boat ramps, and great fishing

The property has neighbors on either side and is not secluded



Water Access:

The cottage is directly on the water

The water is a gradual slope with a stone and grass bottom

Conditions are suitable for swimming

There are no boats, life jackets, or floats available to be used by guests

The shoreline is rocky but there is a staircase to get into the water.

Water shoes are suggested as the shoreline is made of rocks and shells.

UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WILL BE NO DOCK AVAILABLE FOR 2022.

The unauthorized use by guests of owner's personal property, which is not included in the rental, including by example and not limitation boats, jet-ski’s, other recreational watercraft, ATVs, snowmobiles, riding lawnmowers and other such

items, is prohibited, unless specifically authorized - in writing - as part of the Rental Agreement. Any unauthorized use of any such property will incur a fine of $1,000 or actual cost of damages, whichever is higher, and will be charged to the guest's credit card.



Surrounding Areas:

Approximately 20 minutes north of Green Bay and 20 minutes south of Sturgeon Bay

Bayshore County Park has a nice boat ramp just a few miles south

Red River County Park is located at the end of the street and has a beach for swimming

Dyckesville Kwik Stop in Dyckesville (5 mins away) is a smaller grocery store. Festival Foods on University Drive in Green Bay (20 mins) is a full grocery store.



Provided:

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
