Thanks to the shared use of a boat with Ferienhaus Neuland 4, you can explore the lake, which is just 50 m away, directly from the water and experience the surroundings from a new perspective.
The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV, perfect for cozy evenings. The two bedrooms offer space for the whole family: one room is furnished with a double bed, the other with a loft bed and a sleeper chairâperfect for children or friends.
