With 126 m² it is for 4-6, max. Suitable for 8 people. The living-dining-kitchen area (approx. 60 m²) with seating and couch has a 14 meter glass front panoramic view of the large Lychensee. The 180 degree fireplace is located between the living and dining areas. The multifunctional TV room, which is also suitable as a special bedroom, has an equally fantastic view. The kitchen island is ideal for convivial cooking. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first, spacious bathroom has a. a free-standing bathtub. The house has a large terrace to the lake with approx. 50 m², a boat and sports equipment cellar, as well as a lake meadow with approx. 300 m² with a sauna directly behind the reeds. The bungalow-style villa is built at ground level, and you can also reach the water barrier-free.
