Really lovely comfy cottage with lots of nice touces.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Bothy. Great size cottage, lots of nice places to relax.
Host were friendly and super quick to reply.
No hesitation in recommending.
Many thanks for having us!
Very clean and well kept home. Everything you need is at your fingertips
This is a lovely house, all the little extras make the difference, like nice towels & comfy beds. We would stay again. Shower pressure is terrible and the 1st floor room has no closet.
8 of us stayed here ages 2 - 55. We had a lovely time, it is a well equipped house and welcomes dogs. Aga oven & hob (1st time for us), lovely garden, nice bedrooms, games room, log burner, quiet location... What's not to like? â€ïž
We absolutely loved this property. Itâs bright clean, well looked after, spacious and really homely. The owner is really good with communication and left us a nice welcome pack. The property is just outside the town. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but only a ÂŁ4 taxi ride. There is absolutely loads to do in the area. I can highly recommend Coombe stables a couple of miles down the road and the sail pub for lovely food and a friendly welcome
I hired this cottage so that my dispersed family could get together for my birthday. The location is such that we could all do our own thing while still enjoying evening meals together. Additionally, the lay-out of the house with a sitting room, large kitchen and separate games room means that the younger members can escape from the older members. It really is a very lovely house with a secure garden perfect for a small dog.
The kitchen contains a large AGA which is always on; this may provide problems for people not used to cooking on an Aga, but books are provided. There is also an induction hob and a microwave if people prefer to use that. There is a decent pub a very short walk away. I would visit again.
We had a lovely weekend staying at the Bothy. Fantastic accommodation with everything we needed and an excellent pub just a short walk away!
Couldn't fault it.
