Room was clean and well laid out. Air-conditioning worked and was easy to adjust. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available for a great amount of time, and was good.

Ok for one night…

Staff was very friendly at check in, and at breakfast. Lots of breakfast options available. Our room smelled like smoke, but was otherwise cleaned ok (some hair on the bath mat, all drawers were open). The room and bathroom were very run down. The beds are probably the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in. The walls were also paper thin; we could hear the full conversations of people in the next room.

Check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable. We were in room 111 and the room above us had a dog and people who stomped and pitter pattered on the floor all night. I called the front desk at 11:00pm when they advised they would contact the occupant but it continued ALL night! Suggestion to staff: all guests with pets should be placed on the first floor. Did not get a restful night of sleep.

Visiting family in Alta Vista

The first room we were assigned to was not clean and they had to give us another one, but that’s at the tone for the trip. The second room was clean, but the security lock did not work, which concern me. The water in the bathroom faucet was slow.

Dated but they are trying

The experience was ok, cleanliness of the hotel was alright. Service was excellent. Hotel is dated and needs to be updated and lower level rooms are extremely humid even after the AC has been ran for hours. I had an issue with the bathroom getting flooded and it turns out a pipe became disconnected, they were prompt in resolving the matter and cleaned the bathroom and gave me clean linens. The only other issue is not with the hotel but with the guests, be expected to be woken up at 4am to 5am during the week as doors are constantly opened and slammed as the workers go to work. That is a common courtesy that I would have assumed would be followed but what do I know.

Moving with a pet

I was moving from my old house to a new home in another state. I had a lot of luggage and came and went at odd hours. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful.

The property was fine as were its amenities, we did have a problem on 2 nights. Guests were having almost a party in the hallway by our room, and not far from front desk. This went on very late the first night. The night before we were checking out 7/5, the noise was back in hall again, we were leaving. At 6 AM and needed sleep. I called the front desk to as them to talk to the parties. Was over 1/2 hour before we noticed a difference.
