It’s fine for an overnight stay close to Lyon airport. Bathrooms could have used a good scrub. There was mold on the ceiling in the dining room. Free shuttle to the airport. We had dinner there and it was delicious

Cheap and cheerful airport hotel. It's like a 1960s motel, that sort of comfort level. Staff are very helpful and shuttle is excellent, though you have to pre-book. Rooms are a bit naff. The bathroom door handle kept falling off and the light system is confusing.

I found the staff pleasant and helpful with their service. The carpets in the stairways were filthy and worn out. The room was clean which I appreciated. The bath tub was too high to get in and out of safely without slipping or falling. The building has not been maintained as though it is going to close soon. I appreciated it was close to the airport and the driver was very nice. I thought with a hotel so close to the airport that the facility and experience would be more positive.

I booked a large room with a queen size bed and expected it to be air-conditioned for the price I paid. Instead, I find a nonworking, air-Acondition and a fan. The phone in the room wasn’t working so I had to go down the gloomy, dark hallway to the elevator to speak to the receptionist. The receptionist told me that they had no other rooms and that I could make do with the fan. I told her that she had to change my room as I was not about to pay so much of money for a room that had no air-conditioner. She finally agreed to give me another very tiny room which was filthy as though the room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it was a mile away from the airport and I had an early morning flight to catch. I for one would think twice before I book a room online again without knowing the situation and the quality of the rooms.

Reception at entry was very welcoming, and facility was overall older but clean. The location was also very convenient to the airport and a good low price. Overall, the only shortcoming was a couple hairs still stuck to the sheet. Perhaps try using a different laundering company.
