DIFY Castries - Quartier Ainay

You will stay in our beautiful apartment, typically Lyonnais. It has been thought to bring you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

The apartment is located a few minutes from the Ampère Victor Hugo metro station in the heart of the Presqu'ile in a few minutes by transport or on foot. It is on the third floor with elevator.
Every detail counts, soundproofing, luxury bedding, linen and towels, hair dryer etc. Enjoy!

This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: one bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and another bedroom with a double bed (140x190).

You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and much more. You will enjoy also an AC and a fan.
The apartment is all for you! The apartment is very well insulated for your comfort.

The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after departure, as well as linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.

We will ask you to show the corresponding ID to the reservation when you receive the keys.
I will welcome you on the day of your arrival. Feel free to tell me more about your arrival time.

Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
At your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure time limit.

On the journey home from a week in Marseilles. Just a two night stay. Well appointed apartment, well presented and clean ( bar the huge cobweb) in the lounge)!

Life in the square!
This property’s rooms were beautifully proportioned with tall chalk white walls, cove mouldings and original light herringbone floors. It has a good sized modern bathroom with a separate toilet. Living room had a small couch, pouffe, and Barcelona style chair. Coffee tables were very modern. Kitchen is modern with kettle, coffee machine toaster, stove top, good sized fridge and small dishwasher. Bedrooms too, were beautiful. A couple of niceties were missing. Toilet paper and small bathroom essentials. Too bad you cheaped out on these little luxuries!

Bien situé mais bruyant
L'appartement est propre, bien décoré et bien situé dans un quartier au centre de Lyon. Malheureusement la grande chambre donne sur la rue et les quais de Saône n'étant pas loin, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs de circulation et autres. L'isolation phonique des fenêtres est à revoir. Personne pour nous recevoir à l'arrivée, ce n'est pas bien grave mais obligée d'aller à la pêche aux infos pour connaître l'étage et l'appartement . La personne n'a pas répondu de suite au téléphone ce qui nous a valu une attente de 10 min dans le couloir avec les poubelles. Heureusement qu' un voisin passait par là pour nous renseigner... On sent que la décoration vient d'être refaite, la salle de bain est niquel et très propre.

Lovely apartment for a visit to lyon
This apartment is very suitable for a city trip with friends. The apartment has beautiful authentic details. Beds, bathroom and kitchen are fine. Public transport is widely available, we have made good use of the Lyon City Card for transport and access to museums.
