Situated on the 5th floor (WITHOUT elevator) of a typical building and a few minutes walk from Masséna metro station (less than 3 minutes to Presqu'île), this lovely 42 m² apartment is a perfect place to stay up to 4 persons. With quality equipments and a beautiful modern decoration, this is the best option in town for a comfortable touristic stay, a working trip or a romantic weekend.

This cosy and modern apartment comes from a bright living room equipped with a double couch bed and a flat screen TV and a 4-person dining table, a comfortable 160*200 bed in a nice relaxing bedroom. You will also enjoy a large bright fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with a large shower. There are also 2 little balconies.

Fiber WIFI available.
Sheets and towels are provided.
We provide you too with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...).

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a connected lock on our apartment's door. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout up to 11AM maximum.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
