The house is located in a co-ownership. We enter through the portal of a residence.
A dog lives in the house but will not be their when rented.

#The neighborhood
Caluire
The district of Montessuy in Caluire, very urban, is essentially located on a hill allowing magnificent views over the east of Lyon. Close to Lyon and very well served by public transport, the location also allows very quickly to escape towards Vassieux where trails and steep paths surprise by lush vegetation that takes us to discover beautiful mansions discreetly hidden by huge trees more than a century old. Overlooking the Rhone, you are just minutes from the Parc de la tête d'Or.
