Had to cancel due to family emergency! They said they couldn’t move the date (didn’t want a refund) as the hotel was full and they have turned bookings down because the hotel was full.. but we checked online and there were rooms still available so they hadn’t turned business down! We lost a few hundred pounds!

Very convenient for touring around Fylde coast. Room smaller than anyicipated. Shower over bath-no hand rail to get into bath or hold onto for a shower.

Loved the sea view from the room. Staff we very helpful. A special mention should go to Lily who served us in the restaurant on Tuesday evening. Nothing was too much trouble and she served us with a smile. She was exceptional.

The outlook , overlooking the estuary , worth the extra for 'sea view' room . Staff were excellent , especially the supervisor George , taking his time to engage in conversation with us .

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We choice this hotel because of its close proximity to the Lowther Gardens where we went to a music evening, and we will stay here again.

Function room noise.

A fine hotel, problem for me was my room was above the function room and was very noisy until Midnight. Had an early start so not ideal. Booked the room some months in advance to attend a concert nearby. Recieved an email a short while before arrival advising of a function and of possible noise in some rooms. Did speak to reception about the noise in the evening and was. offered the possibility of move during the night if it was to loud to sleep.. As mentioned a nice hotel but didn't work for me.
