Great stay with the family

Large and spacious home perfect for a family stay.Clean and well looked after, with lots of utensils and items in the kitchen, and board games in the living room, which is always the benefit of being in a house that someone normally lives in. The takeaways and CoOp are really handy too.Would be very happy to come back another time

Hidden treasure

When you drive up you’re not quite sure what to expect but as soon as you walk in it is lovely. It has everything you need and lots of lovely touches. Everyone found the beds comfortable. We used it as a base to go and see the Blackpool illuminations and it was perfect for that and you could go a couple of minutes the other side into Lytham.

Great family holiday

We had a super stay at this property. Apartment exactly as advertised, very clean, well equipped and in a great location. We especially loved the rooftop garden, a perfect place to relax after busy days enjoying all the local attractions. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Light, spacious, comfortable and great location

This was everything that we needed. So clean and comfortable, absolutely great. No problem with parking, close to the shops, 5 mins drive to beach, 20 mins to Blackpool zoo etc. Garden terrace was a lovely space and kitchen very well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Large, well equipped flat

The flat was immaculate, comfy beds, plenty of parking and absolutely everything you might need- wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend â˜ș Downstairs there is a co op, very good chip shop and a Chinese takeaway, there's a chemist just over the road and a bus stop outside - bus takes about half an hour to get into Blackpool. Nice high street, restaurants and a Booths supermarket all nearby as well.

Perfect home from home

The property is all you need. Great location. All amenities nice and local , chippy , Chinese , coop , chemist. Lovely local beach or Blackpool only a 10 min drive. Would definitely come again 🙂

Perfect!

Stayed at Phil's property as a base for Lytham festival. It's a surprisingly large property inside. Very spacious and has everthing you need. Beds extremely comfortable. Lovely rooftop garden. We were all very happy with house and amenities Vailable. Host very easy to get hold of and replies promptly to queries.

Quite simply the nicest apartment we've ever stayed in and because the weather was surprisingly great, we made use of the roof garden....it felt as though we were abroad at times...plenty of buses to places for fun meals out and of course clothes shopping....all in all a superb place and lovely location to stay ..thankyou Phil..

Beautiful, comfortable house

We had a great stay. There was plenty of space for our family of five. We found everything we needed and more and loved the decor - very stylish. We had one sunny evening when it was warm enough for a drink on the roof terrace. Having the Co-op so close at hand was very practical. We would definitely stay here again.

A home from home.

We’ve just returned home from a lovely little break away. What can I say about this apartment, well it was like a home from home. First of all communication between the owners was great. Phil made it clear that if we needed anything just to let him know. We had an issue early on a Saturday morning so contacted Phil. He resolved our issue straight away! He was a great host. There was a very useful welcome folder with plenty of details about the apartment, transport links, local tourist attractions and recommended places to eat and drink. The location of the apartment was perfect. We are a family with 2 young children so didn’t fancy staying in Blackpool in a bnb we wanted somewhere where we could relax and have some quiet time. This was the perfect place. The bus stop for Blackpool was outside the property so we didn’t have to drive into Blackpool and pay parking fees. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Our children played with a couple of the games from the games cupboard and enjoyed watching their cartoons on Netflix that was available. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was spotless. Bedrooms where very spacious and beds where really comfortable. There was also a lovely roof top garden than I can imagine is lovely to sit out in the summer unfortunately we didn’t have the weather for it but obviously that can’t be helped. We would definitely recommend this property and will most definitely be returning. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Great hosts with a super home!

A real home from home

What a lovely apartment with everything you could need for a great stay. It appears to be a well loved family home and you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. It is huge and had plenty of room for all the family. It sits above a barbers with a fish and chip shop, Chinese and co-op on the same parade all very useful. Plenty of parking and a great location between Blackpool and Lytham. The roof garden was lovely and sat a couple of evenings enjoying the last of the sun. Great communication with the owners who were very helpful and on the end of a phone should you need them. On a final note must mention the beds, they were so comfortable, I couldn't get my teenage grandchildren out of them!

Lovely place to stay

Spacious accommodation all round! My teens enjoyed having a double bed each! Lots to do in the local area. Everything as thought of ! No issue with the fish and chips shop downstairs no smell in the property at all from this! And easy access to lovely fish and chips convenient having the co-op there for basics too. Loved it!

Well worth the money

The pictures didn’t do it justice, it was larger than expected. The house was very clean, beautiful and cozy. All the beds were very comfortable and the owner was very accommodating with a useful information booklet about the house, the best spots in the area and how to get there. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and I highly recommend.
