Street parking or car park close by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room very clean with all you need. Hotel not manned but contact phone available on reception desk and someone will assist with your query when contacted. Only downside was noise from nightclub and revellers at weekend as room was directly above.

The only downside to this property is the lack of parking but if your lucky enough (like i was) you can park on queen's road for free!! Only a short walk away.

The hotel has no reception staff. It’s a key card in a combination lock box. It worked well, the room was great, clean and tidy. Decorated nicely. Complementary Nespresso coffee and tea, bath robes and slippers. Walk in shower and the bed was comfy. Right in the middle of Lytham. Great location.

Ideal for one night

The room was great for one night and although both windows were obscure glass it was still relatively light. The room was a good size and clean. The check in would've been simpler had they got my correct email address but this was rectified by making a quick call. No parking but public parking is not far away and cheap for 24hrs. Great location. Only negative is room 101 is by the access door to the corridor so when other guests were returning from their nights out between 0030 and 2am it was noisy and the door was left to bang shut.

Great central location in Lytham near bars, restaurants and the seafront. Good sized, clean, modern and well equipped room and convenient check in. Lacks any public space, but that’s not the concept!

We had a room that was along the roadway and the taxi stand. With the warm weather we had to have our windows open. Ear plugs solved the noise concern. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable.

Worth a visit

Lovely little hotel, all self service e but straight forward. Nice continental breakfast left for you in the morning. Central location, no parking but plenty of on street or cheap car park nearby. Large and comfy bed

Room position not great.

When booking, the information gave the impression that the room overlooked the square. The room was at the back of the building and had obscured windows. This was obviously because they overlooked the rear of adjacent food premises and their extraction ducts which filled the room with unpleasant smells and emitted loud noise. The warm weather meant that it was necessary to have the windows open but as the noise and unpleasant smells continued into the early hours of the morning it was impossible to sleep, even with the windows closed. The room itself was good. Very clean, nice size, great bed, good shower, great breakfast bag.

The position was quite convenient for us. Bathroom was good, shower floor seemed like it had mildew though. Room was stifling so we opened the windows particularly at night - only to have horrendous noise until 2am - yes it is a busy area, but if it had been cooler, we could have closed some of the noise off. A fan was left in the room - unfortunately I felt I could not use it as it was dusty - same with the hairdryer which had dust in the back filter - I have asthma and too much dust can trigger it. Peephole in the door useless as it is too high! Packed breakfast was fine. Not our cup of tea I’m afraid.
