Area and staff were excellent! Air conditioning was not what we were used to. Had to use the fan and still wasn’t as cool as we like to be. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. We had a great stay. Rooms were lovely and always cleaned thoroughly ,air conditioning was poor but they provided a fan when i asked.

No air condition. So some kind of system that it is not air condition and is not cool enough. The bathroom very very small and old. The fridge was not working correctly. They have to move me to another room, but still was not good.

Stayed for 2 nights for parkrun. Selected the hotel as we came by train. Added bonus of the swimming pool which we used. Had to keep the window open so it was a bit noisy and you could smell the kebab van opposite but after midnight it was quiet.

Close to train station. Beautiful area. Very good quality food at restaurant. Friendly staff. Room service was poor however. And despite hanging towels, housekeeping replaced towels daily which defeats eco friendliness. Finally, WiFi was poor

Its next to the bus and train station. Easy walk to city center. Many shopping and food and cafe options. Room is quiet. Breakfast was great. And the price was reasonable.

The location was great, but the room was stuffy, the mattress was yellow, and there was mould in the shower and by the roof. The fridge was broken and not fixed during my stay. The staff was okay but not very helpful. It wasn't dirty (like no garbage or anything like that) but definitely not clean (the carpet and wall had lots of stains, and the toilet had streaks). It wasn't a bad stay (comfortable enough and good location), but I expected more for the ratings and the price.

Nice hotel in a great location, very convenient being across the street from the train. The rooms are spacious and I really loved having a bathtub. The coffee provided in the room was actually really delicious.
