Beautiful new direct lakefront home on deep open water with 100' of shoreline at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a strong summer breeze! Home features private dock, panoramic waterfront views and a relaxing lake experience while being very close to all the restaurants and night life that Cedar Creek has to offer! Less than an hour from Dallas.

The interior designing looks like pictures straight out of D Magazine! This home sits directly on the lake and boasts an open concept with unobstructed lake views throughout.

NEW FULLY FENCED-IN and protected backyard for children, and new 10 ft. aluminum stairs into the lake make it easy to get in and out of the lake with the provided water toys. Great saucer swing for kids! Enjoy the back patio spanning the width of the home on over 100 feet of deep water frontage, three outdoor lake view sitting areas, outdoor grill, outdoor fire-table, and plenty of space to lounge on and off the water. The home includes a coffee station, bathroom amenities you would find in a luxury hotel and a desk work station with lake views in the primary bedroom.

1. Bedroom 1- Large Primary Bedroom with new memory foam king bed, 42" Smart TV, private desk workspace, private entrance to covered patio and lake, private en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, blackout curtains

1750 square ft house, that it is on deep water and has large covered patio. If you wish to bring your boat, you will be able to launch from a public ramp at the entrance of the neighborhood. Our private dock is complete with whips to tie up your boat or pwc. May also rent a boat or jet ski nearby at Lone Star Marina 903-432-2268 (about 10-15 min drive from the property).

We arrived to the Holiday House and checked-in with ease. The home was clean and waking up to the peaceful lake view every morning with a cup of coffee was the best! We fished off the dock every day and caught lots of healthy catfish. We made smores by the fire pit, grilled on the back patio and relaxed on the comfy couch with TV each night. The Jenga game was an added bonus! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Our second trip to Holiday House was just great. The owners keep a clean well kept house. We enjoyed our 5 days and wish it could be longer. Once you get there, there really is no reason to leave but if you do, everything is close and convenient. We will be going for a third time soon.

My husband and I needed a long weekend away from work--this house was perfect for relaxing. It has everything you would need! We spent most of our time on the back deck just reading and watching the boats and birds. Highly recommend!

Family and cousins get together.

Overall experience was great. The view from the back is spectacular. Had everything we needed. While we didn’t use any of the lake toys, there was plenty there to have fun with and the lake. Great Sunset

We stayed for Christmas, home was beautiful, clean and the sunset over the water was unbelievable. I would suggest, softer beds and for holidays, have more cooking items and since it was Christmas, i thought it would have been a Christmas. I had to go get a Christmas Tree. Can't have Christmas without a Christmas tree. I will stay again.

Holiday Weekend at the Lake

We had a wonderful weekend with friends. The house was easy to find, easy to access, had nice curb appeal, and was a perfect set up for a weekend at the lake. The back porch was the most fabulous place to enjoy the mornings watching the activity on the lake. The hosts were very accommodating, and the house was well stocked with goodies. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms.

Family reunion for eclipse

This place is amazing! The furnishings are classy, neat, and complete. All of our needs were met. It was fun to visit family on the patio as well as inside. The lake, even on the weekend, wasn’t very busy with boats. We enjoyed watching the eclipse from here.

Epic lake getaway!

I don’t even know where to start, soooo many great things to say! This lake house is absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular! We were very impressed with the pictures, but when we arrived it was even better in person. Our hosts added so many extra touches and sweet gestures and it was truly an awesome experience. Our kids loved the lake toys, especially the lily pad and paddle board. The house was spotless, beds were comfy, and it was so roomy for our family of five. The location was also perfect. Super close to Walmart and lots of great restaurants. (Try “The Jalepeno Tree” for some awesome Tex-Mex) All in all, fantastic place to stay. We are already planning our next trip! Thanks for everything!

Holiday House..Is a Holiday for sure.

Holiday House was more than we could hope for. being our first time on Cedar Creek Lake we searched house after house. Finding Holiday House was the last stop, we were hooked. The owners communicated with us quickly and answered every single question.....multiple times. It was a quick trip and the location was perfect and right on the lake. They had all the toys with a perfect view. Six days was not enough, we will be back. Thank you guys for a great experience on the lake.

Amazing View and Property

My husband and I rented this property for my daughter, son in law and new baby. We had a great time relaxing on the covered porch (great outdoor furniture), bird watching, grilling and taking in the beautiful view of the lake. We even used the fire pit one evening. I love the open floor plan and the decor is beautiful. The beds and couch were very comfortable. They have everything you need plus thought of the little extras that you appreciate on vacation. We didn't use the kyacks or lily pad but these would be awesome to use. The boys did a little fishing and caught several fish. Stores and restaurants are all very close as stated and very easy and quick to access. Rent this house you won't be disappointed! We hope to come again!

Happy and Heartwarming stay at the Holiday House!!!!

The Holiday House was a wonderful place for us to stay for an extended weekend. Everything was clean, new, and fresh! The house is amazing and location is perfect for a short drive to get away. We rented a boat at the lone star marina, ate at the Tiki Hut, had snow cones and pina coladas at Lou Lou, and caught fish off the dock in the backyard. Our kids loved exploring the property, playing badminton and soccer in the yard and jumping into the lake. We could have spent the whole week here and never been bored. The owners obviously care about their property and the happiness of the guests. They went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we had everything we needed. Robes, slippers, and extra toiletries in case we forgot anything really gave us a five-star experience in a quiet and relaxing setting. We will be recommending to friends and returning in the future! Thanks Holiday House for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful Property on the Water

This place had it all! We were looking for a place for our family and some friends to go and relax at a lakehouse when we came upon this listing. The pictures didn't do the property justice, as everything felt brand new and extremely clean! Working with the owner was easy and the check-in process was a snap. The views from the back porch and the dock are just incredible. We all had a great time and will go back again.
