Tennis (extra), basketball, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (9 x 3 m, 27 m2, depth 80 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola (12 m2), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 500 m, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 32 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 400 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Massanet-Massanes" 4 km.
