High-quality vacation home for 12 guests in the Ardennes countryside, near Reims. This former farmhouse has been fully renovated and offers modern amenities across 250 m² of living space. The heated indoor pool is reserved exclusively for you from April 12 to November 12. The spacious terrace overlooks a 1,000 m² park. Enjoy peace and comfort in generous living areas. There are six sleeping spaces (four bedrooms and two mezzanines), allowing a maximum of two people per area. The property offers eight single beds and two double beds. There are three bathrooms and three toilets.
Outside, the fully enclosed park awaits you. You will also find children's play equipment, a pétanque court, a skittles lane, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a dartboard, garden furniture, and a barbecue. This home is ideal for families or groups seeking a comfortable and friendly country stay, with plenty of leisure facilities for all ages.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an additional fee.
