The hotel rooms are a bit smaller than what is seen in the pictures. The hangers had dust on them, the bathroom was a bit dirty, had a lot of black spots and the towel handle was broken. The bathroom sink only had cold water. The wifi was completely unreliable, at the hotel they said it was because apple devices don’t work well with their wifi.. The staff was very kind but the hotel should be modernized.

Nossa entrada no parque estava prevista para as 6 am, nosso guia propôs sairmos às 5 , antes de servir o café da manhã. This hotel unfortunately dosen’t match it’s reviews…the staff was kind and helpful and the location is great near a lot of shops, but the rest of the experience could have been better. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the bathrooms did have mold and there were moths found in the room, the shower door was broken and the water was cold. Some of my family who stayed in another room did find a bug in their bed. Over all the location was nice, and the staff was great, but I would not recommend this place as many amenities were broken/did not work and cleanliness could be better.

Hotel owner Rafael is very helpful and nice. We enjoyed his pickup service from train station and we can also leave our bags in the hotel after we checked out, which makes us feel very relaxed while visiting the Machu Picchu mountains.

It was an okay property at the top of the town near the hot springs. We had to keep asking for toilet paper since they would only give us 1 small one at a time for 3 people. There was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up. Breakfast was okay, you get bread and sliced ham and white cheese and bananas. I would probably stay at a different property next time in the area.
