Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was clean and adequate but not fancy. Overall we would stay again.

We weren't aware that this property was pet friendly. The first room we were in the poor dog was left in the room by itself and did nothing but bark, whine and scratch at the door. Thanks to the agent, he understood that we had just drove 12 hours and needed some sleep, so he moved us to another room. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything was plentiful and fresh. The young lady kept tabs on everything and everyone. Very nice

Clean and nice, front desk help was not that great

I’m pretty sure the front desk guy was high. For some reason, my Hotels.com reservation was not coming through and the gentleman at the front desk was not very helpful. I asked for a first floor room and he gave us a second floor room without even explaining it or talking it over with me. Everything else was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

There were only a few choices for breakfast only 1 meat and type of bread. Only apple juice was working none of the other juices. The front desk person was so involved on her phone with someone about betting on lakers. When we approached she whooshed us with her finger. Was booked a king size bed and jetted tub. When we got there and drug all suitcases and bags to room . We realized it was 2 beds. We went back down there and was given a king

Management arranged to paint 5 of the 6 stairways to second floor very day for the three days I was there. Very inconvenient for those of us on the second floor. Everyone had to carry all luggage and enter from the one stairway and they did not inform the front desk so no one was warned that parking near your room was the worst place to be.
