Unfortunately not great.

Our room was very unpleasant. Perhaps it’s where they relegate people with pets, but it was very musty and smelled of cigarette smoke. I felt really uneasy about the cleanliness. There was a sofa bed with no extra bedding or pillows to make it. I called the office, and they had me come get bedding for it. It was not comfortable once we made the bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

We booked a room with a pullout couch to sleep, however no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided for the pullout couch. We asked the front desk for sheets. They said there is no sheets. The linen room is locked for the night.

We arrived at 5:30 PM and our rooms had still not been cleaned. The front desk employee didn’t know what she was doing. Our reservation was messed up when we got there. It was just overall a not good experience.

I stay here as an in-between stop from Florida to Tennessee every trip up. For the most part after dozens of stays, they aren't a top tier hotel but the decent price for the hotels at this exit more than make up for it. Their breakfast is decent for free.

Desk clerk was very nice and informative, quick process. Breakfast buffet was excellent with hot and cold options. The breakfast attendant, Nelly, was super nice and kept it stocked. Room was clean. Great for an overnight stay on our way to vacation.

The air conditioner was terrible. First it was off when we arrived then it sounded like we were in a car wash all night. Worst stay!! No sleep at all!!
