**If you have a large group and need more room -You're in luck!! Rent both sides of the duplex and sleep up to 19 people!!! Perfect for families of the bride and groom or the wedding party or a family reunion!***

This duplex is located in a quiet pocket w/ dedicated Off Street parking where you can sleep soundly without the noise of downtown while still being right downtown where you can walk to everything- the best of both worlds! Renovated in the early 2000's and updated again in 2022, you will absolutely love the character of this almost 150 year old home but have all the amenities and luxuries of today-granite countertops, tiled showers, stunning original heart of pine floors, 12 foot ceilings, huge windows to let in amazing natural light.
Downstairs is living room with Smart TV, large sleeper sofa and jackknife sofa, dining room with Smart TV, another sleeper sofa, kitchen, laundry and the half bath.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and make up vanity. The secondary bedroom is a tribute to Mercer University and has another queen size bed, 2 closets and a smart TV.

This property is absolutely 5 stars! This will be our 1st choice when we visit Macon. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked a second weekend. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The property is right in downtown Macon. There is a Dunkin Donuts across the street and it is walkable to the historic H&H restaurant. The house was immaculate and we were all so impressed with everything.
