Centrally-located historic home walking distance to dining, breweries, shopping, and music venues. There are two owners suites with comfy king beds, attached bathrooms, Smart TV's, and walk in closets. Relax in the roomy living room with smart TV or hang out in the "Disco Den" with Record Player & Smart TV & Queen Futon. There is a half bath across the hall for that sleeping & fun space. There is an upgraded kitchen with a stove, fridge, additional wine/beer fridge, dishwasher, microwave, keurig, and blender. The laundry room has a front load washer and dryer. Also enjoy the dining/bar space for meals, board games, and an assortment of books. Across the street is an awesome yoga studio. Nextdoor is a lovely park for enjoying an afternoon stroll and walking your dog/s. All pets must be preapproved. Send us a message. The cottage is full of charm from built in book shelves, high ceilings, and a covered front porch. Ideal location for walking to Cherry Blossom Festival festivities downtown. Entire house very clean and comfortable. Accommodations exceeded expectations. Entry hall had large surface for keeping shoes, bags, etc & hooks for jackets, purses, backpacks etc which eliminated the need to carry items to bedroom. Also loved the motion sensor lights in closets & bathrooms. Controls for HVAC on both floors.

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY!!! Clean, comfortable, very well-maintained, and in a good location. Far better than any hotel options I checked in the area, including the “4-5 star” ones. It impressed our wives and received their stamp of approval. That is saying A LOT!

The photos and description do not do Macon Merry justice. It is a spacious, welcoming house in an ideal location for walking in Macon.The kitchen is very well-appointed and my husband loved being the DJ with the vinyl selection!

Top notch rental, ideal location with just the right touches

The property is downtown within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and music venues. Inside is well-appointed, very functional, and with just the right blend of attractive period touches (hardware, wood floors) and modern appliances making this an enjoyable and functional property. Great communication by owner without being intrusive. In every way this place is "just right". We particularly enjoyed the lounge, record player, and disco light. Comfortable and enjoyable in every way!

What a treat!

We came to Macon for a New Year’s Eve show at the Auditorium plus an extra day to relax. This place is super cozy, welcoming, and convenient. My first time in Macon but the neighborhood felt very safe plus the historic downtown restaurants and bars are only half mile away. If we could take this cottage with us everywhere we travel we would! Thank you!

Beautiful & Cozy

I can’t say enough about this property. It has vintage character but also updated amenities. All of the spaces are thoughtfully designed, comfortable beds, and a fantastic kitchen! The master bedroom faces a bit of a noisy street, but the owner included disposable ear plugs as well as a white noise machine. Such a wonderful property! We will definitely stay again!

Great Home near Mercer and Downtown

Great stay for Mercer Homecoming! Home was exactly as we expected, no disappointments whatsoever. Walking to downtown is 10 - 15 minutes. We also walked to Yollah's for dinner. Great stay!

Elevated Experience

This home is designed with elevated materials and amenities. It feels more like a home than a vacation rental. I found everything to be new, in good working order, and very clean. Great location close to downtown but in a quiet location.

Great stay

My friend and I stayed with our Great Danes for the AKC agility championship in Perry Georgia. The home was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to plenty of restaurants and walking distance to coffee shops. The park next door was a big plus for walking the dogs. Two king bedrooms were very appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only one spot for off street parking, but there was always room on the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
