The only complaint I have that if I do the online checkout which specifically asks what time we are leaving which was 11am checkout don’t keep knocking on the door starting at 9 am asking if we are there. Everything else was perfect. Loved the little bars of dove soap and the charger on the lamp. So cool. Very clean and the bed was the best sleep I’ve had in awhile.

Required a 100$ deposit for “if you smoke in the room” we were told it will take 3-5 business days to reimburse and hit our account. Was unaware at time of reservation. Never had to pay a deposit for a hotel before. The curtain was broken and we called them to have them look at it but they could not fix it. We did this immediately after entering the room. The coffee maker in the room wasn’t working properly. We ran out of toilet paper first thing in the morning and the cleaning staff told me I would have to go downstairs to get more and I was in my bathrobe. Only second day in room. Not well stocked at all. We asked if we could check out a day earlier as I was running a fever and just wanted to go home. The lady at the desk said she would have to check and see if we could get reimbursed for that last night and she would call the room. She never did I so I just had to sleep it off in the room. The staff was not very hospitable.

We only stayed one night. They made good use of the room. Bathroom was clean and had good counter space. The only minor hiccup is when we arrived, the front desk attendant was not there. I sent her a text I had arrived but it still took a bit for her to arrive. This was about 8:30pm.
