We arrived hsving booked and paid 4 months before our arrival the guy from a small shop came and spoke to us and helped the only member of staff present to arrange rooms for us. The property was dirty rundown with absolutely no facilities not at all as shown in the photos . We were eventually handed a mobile phone and were asked to pay 950 usd for our rooms told them that we had paid via hotels .com and gave booking numbers and showed my reciepts for payment but to no avail we were yold to pay again or leave as the hotel never used hotels.com as a booking agent despite me showing them the hotel on the app. We eventually were refunded the booking via Hotels.com Dont stay here!!!!!!
