This property is located in the locality of 'Reis Magos', just a fifteen-minute drive from the centre of Funchal and ten minutes from the airport. Situated in a quiet area, it is ideal for those who want to stay close to the city without being in the midst of its hustle and bustle.
The property features one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a complete bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people.
AREA The 'Reis Magos' area is known for its quietness and beautiful promenade, which connects the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated five hundred meters away from this fantastic walk, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or to make beach during the hottest days. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or international dishes. Besides the closest options, you can also go to the centre of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket.
PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

Great property
Highly recommend this apartment, was in a Great location with a beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by and convenient stores. Easy access to transport and near walking esplanade along the coast.

The elevator did not work during our stay. There were ants. You could only see the sea from the side, there was a building in front of it. The communication with the contact person was bad.
