Check in and valet was easy. Once we were in for the night we noticed our room wasn’t cooling to the temperature we set it to. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. They never came. There was also a blood/food stain on our blanket which made me question all cleanliness. There was also a concert across the street. The noise was fine but the curtains were a thin linen and the bright lights lit up the room all night. It’s a fine place to sleep for a single night downtown but could not spend more than 1 night.

A little bit of a walk from the nicer neighborhoods of the capitol and university. Property is wonderful and a great value, but staff were dismissive and seemed bothered when serving us the free drink they give you a token for.
