The check-in person was very nice. The property is nice looking. The blanket on the bed smelled like body odor and like it had not been cleaned. Noise is a bit of an issue. The room above me sounded like they were moving furniture or bowling, so expect to hear your neighbors . The sidewalks and parking lot were very icy and it didn't seem like they were going to do anything about it.

A very nice, well appointed hotel. We did not use the jacuzzi, but one was available. I would certainly stay here again.

We come from Portland for weekend trips to spend time with the grand babies the rooms are always clean staff is very very friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean and comfy I absolutely love the breakfast every morning and the hot tub and the kids love the pool. Its our favorite place to come to visit in Madras.

Breakfast was not very good, friendly staff, did not get a chance to go in the pool or hot tub, I remember hearing the last day it was down, now sure why. First room was not very clean but staff was super nice and moved us right away.
