Stunning Family Apartment in the Old Madrid:
The apartment is in a nice building on a side street to Puerta de Toledo and has a beautiful view, from the balcony, to the Church of Virgen de La Paloma.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one toilet) it is perfect for families with children, a group of friends or couples who want to share the same space but with privacy.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building WITH lift.
Guest access
The apartment consists of:
* A room with double bed (160 * 200) and a bathroom with shower.
* Other two rooms with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower.
* A third bathroom with toilet.
* Living room with sofa and dining area for 6, TV and balcony with nice views to the square.
* Fully equipped kitchen (It includes washer).
* Air conditioner.
* Central heating.
* Parking lot: 2,20x4,50 meter. Max height 2 meters
*Baby cot is available under demand with a 15€ extra fee.
Of course, we provide sheets and towels, and other things like iron, hairdryer, toiletries, maps and basic cooking ingredients. One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.
No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.
If you think something is missing us know, we'd love to get your opinion to improve the floor.
***Since January 2024 there works in the apartment upstairs witch might cause noise from 9am to 6pm. From Monday to Friday.
