Welcome to Broto, a spacious and stylish 128 square meter mountain theme apartment in the trendy Malasaña neighborhood. Step outside the front door to experience hip Madrid. Malasaña is abundant in cool bars, fusion restaurants, and second hand shops. There’s so much to explore, make sure you have a great place to come home.

This beautiful apartment boasts four cozy double bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen size bed with plush bedding to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms is even equipped with a dedicated workstation, perfect for those who need to get some work done from the comfort of their own space. Another bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, providing a private oasis for relaxation. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, Broto has two more bathrooms, ensuring that everyone in your group can freshen up with ease.

The stylishly decorated living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Madrid. With a full entertainment system and a dedicated workstation, you'll have everything you need to work or unwind. You can even step out onto the French balcony for some fresh air and a stunning view of the neighborhood. The fully furnished kitchen has all the necessary appliances and ample counter space for you to whip up delicious meals. And with a dining table in the kitchen, you can enjoy your culinary creations with your fellow travelers.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
