The only complait i have is the same everyone else has and thats that the air-conditioning was not working. The entire night i had it turned on and it only managed to go from 27c to 26.5c

Nice hotel with comfortable beds, clean and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby and cafeteria. Great outside covered terrace to enjoy music and drinks. Hotel provides a beautiful van to airport for pick up and drop off of hotel clients. Very happy with the experience.

Beautiful view and proximity

Hotel was excellent. Within walking distance to Royal Palace and Gran Via. Across the street from Train and metro stations plus a shopping mall. Front desk was helpful and accurate in all of their directions and recommendations. Room had a beautiful view of city and can see Royal Palace in the far distance - and you can open windows. Bathroom a bit small and had to frequently request toilet paper. Breakfast was adequate but next door has a small cafeteria where the café con leche and toast are yummy. Definitely recommend restaurant next door Ferreiro it was excellent food and service.

Nice hotel

Booked for 1 night as we had a long stopover in Madrid. WiFi was quite weak and breakfast wasn't fantastic but as it was only for one night can't complain. Everything else was perfectly fine to be honest. Walking distance from bus stops and subway station to take you into the centre of Madrid

I was staying in Madrid for just 24 hours and wanted to have a nice place to sleep while I traveled nearby area. Very nice accommodations. Pleased with the service!

Good place to stay

Everything was very good except the wifi is poor. Being there for business, good wifi was needed to do work at night and the wifi was very slow. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the rooms were very nice.

Your site advertised shuttle service to airport that is why we booked there however service was not available for us instead we had to order 3 taxeis cost of approx 150.00 euros we could have at our previous hotel for less money..very disappointed in ...no compensationed offered for our inconvience.

Nice hotel with shuttle to Airport

Stayed one night,but pleasant enough. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance-turn right as u leave hotel. Own restaurant only opens certain days but has nice outside covered lounge. Expect many smokers... Generally no complaints,clean comfortable room.

Was very surprised at the lack of staff helpfulnes

Not a very good experience - shuttle does not run on weekends and hotel staff would not explain why or make any accommodation for having to pay a cab 30usd each way to the airport

The room was good quality with great beds. The entire hotel was neat, tidy and nice. But the hotel staff were poor with english and not very friendly. The room service tasted horrible even for simple things like a hamburger and chips.
