It is conveniently located within walking distance of two stations: Ventilla, which is just a 9-minute walk away, and Valdeacederas, which is an 11-minute walk away. This prime location allows for easy access to public transportation.
Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in available upon request). You will receive your agent's contact details and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed our arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy at the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of âŹ200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of âŹ80.
Extra keys: subject to availability. In case of loss, a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the replacement key.

It was a great place to stay. The host met us there even when we arrived extremely late, it was a perfect place for our family of 6, we used uber a lot but in some occasions we went to the store in the morning to get things we needed, little stores are super close and we never felt unsafe.. overall it was great and weâd rent it again if we ever come back to Madrid.
Beautiful apartment and amenities; parking isn't ideal
Loved the apartment...modern and had everything we needed. Loved the private pool. Apartment was a little far from middle Madrid and parking was a nightmare. Don't rent a car if you stay here (or prepare to park in parking garage (with cost) and walk a distance from parking garage to apartment. You will be ticketed if you park on the street. We received two.
Very nice and big appartement with tastefull interieur and great outside space with small but very nice swimmingpool . A hidden gem !
Not close to city center and less to do in neighbourhood , but we liked this . Early in the morning some noise because of the builders . New buildings are coming .
