An impressive city and hotel with great potential

There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same. 1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have. 2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately. 3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked. There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

I stayed at two hotels during my stay in Madrid. Hotel Indigo is the one that I would return to. Excellent service and amenities (coffee maker in room, bathrobe). Location is very convenient.

Madrid’s majority of tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel’s front desk staff is highly professional and friendly. Located on a side street off Gran Via, it’s convenient for calling a taxi or booking a ride-share car.
