The location is excellent. The overall property is lovely although a bit tired. The rooms were in need of an update and were slightly dirty. The restaurant was pretty, condescending wait staff and mediocre food for the cost. The outside area is lovely and unusual for the city location.

It is very hard to condense in a few word our stay in Santo Mauro. EVERYTHING, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING has been perfect. We stayed in this hotel as we wanted to treat ourselves for a few days before and after our wedding... well, the team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and memorable. Everyone was really helpful and willing to make our stay special, and they definitely succeeded. The rooms are from out of this world, the beds are second to none, the service is superb, and the details and attentions the staff had with us will never be forgotten... and I could go on and on and on. Thank you so much to the whole team for making an already special day even better, we will definitely come back for our wedding anniversary!

Opulent hotel, centrally located

A really lavish hotel, centrally located, with excellent staff. The garden area is wonderful for evening drinks and events, and breakfast is also served here. The decor was a little opulent for my tastes, but if Renaissance, Louis XIV style is your thing, this hotel will tick every box.
