Hotel was lovely and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Madrid and the mountains. Bed was super comfortable and the room was relatively clean. Sheets had some questionable stains and there was some dust around, and no toilet brush. Breakfast buffet had an incredible selection, but the hot food was cold. But the cold food was amazing. Great area tho. We avoided the Rooftop Bar as we had 2 pints of 1906 that came up to €17. Checked the bill and I was so shocked to pay €8.50 for a large beer in Madrid. I pay less in London.

Very thoughtful
The hotel was very clean and nice and in an amazing location. The staff was very sweet and left us grapes in our room to celebrate the New Year. They also had complimentary water and carbonized juices for us to enjoy.

This place is in aperfect location. Right by the Gran Via, but a quiet oasis in Madrid's hubub. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is great! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
