Staff were super helpful and courteous, rooms were clean and comfortable. Proximity to airport and metro s definite plus. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is the paper thin walls. If you're a light sleeper just bear this in mind and plan accordingly.

Based on one experience. Great check in, I always speak some Spanish but the staff spoke English well. The room and hotel itself is dated, the walls of the room are pretty thin as we could hear people talking and “Activities”, and the rooms are basic in nature. We stayed for only one night as we had an early flight, and wanted to wake up later as the drive is under 10 minutes vs 30 minutes if coming from central Madrid. The hotel served its purpose well. Check out was a breeze and the taxi was ordered as requested noting the night before at check in my request was written in a log which immediately made me relax as they had a system to assure the taxis com as requested. Very happy with that. Worth it if you want to get up later and have a short trip to the airport.

The room was spotless and comfortable. I loved that you were able to control the thermostat and were warm. L’Atitude (restaurant) was a great onsite option for dinner. The front desk was incredibly helpful considering the language barrier.

Good location near Airport. Breakfast could be better with healthier options and more space between tables. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Attitude restaurant was a nice surprise with a high quality meal, limited but good wine selection and good service. Recommend if you need a hotel close to airport for few nights.

Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the hotel is a very reasonable distance from the airport, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. On my next trip to Madrid, I will definitely return back here.

Walls are tiny. Good luck with sleep if noisy people are staying nearby. We had a family having fight all night nearby our room and struggled to sleep. Average hotel overall it did the job for a few night stopover near the airport.
