We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Sa Mesquida is a small summer resort frequented by the local population. A quiet place far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism.
A point of interest is the tower of Sa Mesquida, built during the English domination in 1799.
Sa Mesquida is on the route of the Mahón - Es Grau stage of the Camí de Cavalls, a route much appreciated by hiking and nature lovers.
The capital of the island, Mahón, is only 7 km from the finca. Like any city, it offers endless possibilities, restaurants all along the promenade, shops, beautiful streets to stroll through. An essential visit.

Respect the Check-in and Check-out times. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
