The room service was very very bad, toilet flush blocked twice, shower door was broken and there was no microwave at all. The location was also not absotoulely good. The shuttle bus was crazy. Once dropped and never came back to pick up back. We were waiting for long...but never come back. The Internet go and come back.. I request my full refund.

The room was clean and very comfortable and spacious, but if ur trying to look for a hotel near the Kaaba I would recommend looking for a different hotel it’s not walking distance form the Kaaba and finding a taxi back-and-forth gets very costly and time consuming so it’s just better to look for a hotel closer to the Kaaba if ur planning to go for umra or short time
