Nice hotel with wall deco. We got the one with marvel's deco. But it would be fun if we got the hello kitty room as we bring along our daughter who is a fan of hello kitty. Overall, it is nice.

First night was staying at hello kitty room. The room is just a glass wall and curtain away from the road. I request to close the shuttle for safety purpose as the glass wall has a door where anyone who pass through can enter the room if they break the door. The owner said cannot be shut but the next night of my stay (i moved to my brother's room), the shuttle shuts. In room wallpaper some has black spots, as next to bathroom. Overall the place is clean and walking distant from the historical sight.

Highly recommended, the rooms are cool

Internet comes and goes, when it's up it's very good. They say that's a problem in this part of the city. The fan in the bathroom did not work, otherwise everything was ok. The price for the rooms is low considering what you get. Quiet calm hotel with a very friendly staff.

The cutest hotel I have ever stay

Good price and good service. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Lots of drinks and cakes are served for free. Room decoration is very cute but need to wash the decorative pillows regularly.

Heart Breaking Hotel!!!

This is a Honourable Hotel That win my 1st ever Negative Feedback! Very bad experience with this hotel. Upon Check in, we was told that the room that we booked is not available, it was substituted with different theme room with some refunds! Originally our fully paid booking room is "Signature Quadruple Room" which can accommodate 2 Adults & 2 Children with 2 Queen Beds. But in the end we was given smaller room with 1 queen bed & 1 Single bed, and it was a Ocean Theme Room. It breaks my children's dreams due to type of Theme Room that not we wanted! Although the Hotel was operate for abt 2 years.......the room condition was below average. Next day morning, my worst day began! A parking summon ticket was issued to my car due to not putting Parking Coupon!!! During Check in, the hotel staff did wrote down my Car Plate Number (Foreign Registered) and told me that is Free parking. Too bad end up I still get fine! I did approached the hotel staff on this matter, end up they gave 1001 excuse....Not Helping.....and I give up! I almost spend half of the day to look for the place for paying my parking fine...... It really ruin my day!!! I will not compromise on this negative feedback! This is the Truth!!

Really friendly and helpful staff

The decor is hilarious. We stayed in the Winnie the Pooh room. Kids would love it. The location is good--most sites are walkable from here, and with the walk into town being along the river, it's quite pretty. The staff was really friendly and helpful and sat down with us to give us some more information about the city. The bikes we rented from the hotel were a little worse for wear, but it was cheap and great to have access them to get around a little further abroad on our last day.
