Bathroom light, tv remote and phone was not working. There was a small cockroach in bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good but not enough staff to clean up. Hotel was in a good location with access to 2 malls nearby.

Anyone coming to Melaka must stay in this hotel. Might be bit over budget for individuals but worth every penny. Don't forget to go visit swimming pool. Great staff. Overall an amazing experience. Cheers to Hatten Hotel.

The 30sq-metre room is big and spacious, clean room, very friendly staffs, great, comfortable and quiet room, very accessible location and about 15-20min walk to Jonker street. We were surprised with a birthday cake from hotel staff as one of our family member’s birthday month. Thank you so much and will come back on our next trip. Only downside is the room main windows is facing close to another rooms, but it ok as we were always outside.
