Beautiful hotel

Very beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms maintained really well. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar prices were a little high compared to the local area but that what you expect in a 5 star hotel. The only thing I didn’t really rate was the value for money of the use of the spa. The massage was great but the use of the water circuit was overpriced for what it is.

Poperty was nice. I didn't love the perfume in the hallways. Some days it was overpowering - The spa looked amazing but when I went to make a reservation I was told I should have booked in advance - she's not wrong - but I didn't need a lecture either. Especially since there was availability. I decided to go to the Hammam instead. Lastly, I felt a little beat up at check out when I went to pick up my bags, they wouldn't give them to me until I paid the final bill (they had a card on file for that) Since my taxi was waiting, I was in a hurry. The check out assistant wanted to check with housekeeping to see if I used any of the mini bar. This is when I decided not to stay at the hotel on my way back to Lisbon. However I do have to say good job to the front door staff that got my taxi's and the restaurant staff that took care of me at dinner on the first night in Malaga. Also thank you to the cleaning team for not waking me up at 10am.

This property is stunning. Don’t miss an hour in the spa pool for a truly relaxing and enchanting time. The rooftop bar has exquisite cocktails. The area around the hotel is very walkable and safe. So many amenities. This will be my new go to in Malaga.

Looks beautiful- however….

Was told when we booked that check in was at 2pm- but when we got there, had to wait until 3pm despite showing them the evidence. Tv did not work- had to get this repaired. Swimming pool was not heated- was being used by the birds! Had to pay €30 each for 1 hour in the spa which wasn’t overly great. Got woke up early by the light blaring in through the bathroom window which didn’t have a blind or curtain against it- just a see through net! Expensive mini bar. Hotel is very elegant and clean. Staff helpful. Nice welcome drink.

The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts one could need. My garden-view room was serene and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere with lush greenery just outside my window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The amenities were outstanding—whether relaxing by the rooftop pool, enjoying a rejuvenating treatment at the Botanic Spa, or indulging in a delicious meal at one of the hotel’s restaurants, every experience was top-tier. Majestic Hotel in the heart of Malaga

Amazing breakfast, comfy beds and really friendly staff. Facilities are great. We had a few issues with our room which were mostly dealt with but unfortunately we had a problem with the air conditioning controller having a fault resulting in a constant flashing light at night and the air conditioning switching off. Luckily it wasn't the height of summer but would be unbearable otherwise. Maintenance came and acknowledged the fault, stick some tape over the green light which only filled it. Said it needed filters changed which is not a big job but despite several more phone calls, this was never done. Great hotel otherwise but it's a shame this wasn't fixed.

Very good and classy resort. The staff is amazing and all the facilities are excellent. But it is very expensive especially the spa services. Also the pool can be crowded. Overall we really like this hotel.

Excellent 5 star hotel, wonderful room facilities that are maintained to very high standards, housekeeping to be commended. The hotel provides a very relaxing environment with great food options, breakfasts were delicious. Would like to see the outdoor swimming pool open throughout the year, it’s not enormous and could be easily be heated during the Winter period.
