Spectacular duplex located in the heart of Málaga’s historic center, next to the Cathedral of the Incarnation. The apartment is situated in a large building, newly renovated with luxurious finishes.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for your stay, located immediately upon entering. To the left, through a sliding door, we access the attic-style living room, one of the most charming areas of the apartment. The living room is divided into a sitting area with a sofa and TV, and a dining area, as well as a small guest toilet.
From the living room, we can access one of the two bedrooms, also attic-style, with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom is located on the second floor, up the stairs from the living room. This bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. At the top of the stairs, there is a small and cozy terrace offering wonderful views of the Málaga Cathedral.
