This beautiful holiday penthouse is located on the 4th floor in a building with lift centrally located in the center of Malaga in one of the city's most attractive areas. The apartment is designed in classic Spanish style, combined with Scandinavian furniture, which makes the home unique.



The apartment offers a large charming living room with dining table, two sofas, flat-screen TV, two bathrooms with shower, an open-plan kitchen with all the accessories and from the living room there is access to the fantastic terrace (34 square meters) with dining table and sofa where you can enjoy a cold drink with views of Malaga Cathedral.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed (160cm), wardrobe and direct access to the terrace and the other offers a double bed (140), wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower.



We offer free Internet, air conditioning, elevator and parking located about 400 meters from the residence.

What a fabulous accommodation in the heart of Malaga. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the rooftop balcony.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic area, perfect spot in the city. Easy walk to everything including the port and beach. Lively road but didn’t affect anybody’s sleep. The terrace is amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms tiny but didn’t spoil anything. Really comfortable beds, kitchen was really well equipped with top of the range appliances.

Fantastic Short Break

A hidden gem in Malaga - very central and close to everything, therefore be prepared for street noise at night but the double glazing is good! Super balcony to enjoy winter sun. Ideal for two couples with plenty of indoor living space and one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in!

Superb apartment and location

Property was outstanding with all necessary amenities. Staff was super responsive. Outside patio is wonderful. Would suggest a door key pad to facilitate check in and coming and going. Had a wonderful time. Malaga is great.

We have stayed in a number of Solaga apartments. We like a large terrace and Pastor has a good one. The living space is comfortable and the beds are very good. The location is excellent. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are very small. There were 3 of us. Maybe a better configuration would sort this.

Beautifully decorated, perfectly located

Our five days at the apartment were nearly perfect. The property manager was responsive and helpful, and the roof deck was fabulous. We had three lunches there! The kitchen is small and did not have paper towels, coffee or any cooking ingredients except salt and pepper.

Perfect location

A perfect location for our Christmas week in Malaga. Celebrations were literally on our doorstep. Musicians, excellent restaurants and strolls around the shopsalong the seafront minutes away. The apartment itself was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms simply equipped but adequate . The shower is a tight squeeze. Heating appreciated for the occasional chill hour. Beds very comfortable.

I loved the location and the beautiful terrace. I also appreciated the ownerÂŽs effort to make the stay enjoyable by changing the cable tv supplier to ensure that international tv stations were available. Finally, it is important to underscore SolagaÂŽs efforts to assist us in every way possible to make our stay enjoyable in manners well beyond issues related to the rental property. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of Solaga.

Pastor penthouse a perfect gem.

The apartment is a fantastic gem, full of character and the best apartment we have stayed in. It's in a great central location close to all the amenities. It is very well equipped, having plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and full supply of kitchen facilities generally. New appliances and a few upgrades have improved this further. The terrace is spacious and a brilliant chill out space with lovely outdoor furniture too. The front door in the street was very difficult to open with the keys we had. Also the person who met us when we first arrived was very quick to rush off to another client. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn't explain about the front door fully. A shame, as we've always had very good service previously.

Staff very friendly and responded to a couple of issues we had during our stay e.g. we couldnÂŽt work out how to work the cooker! Larger duvet covers and thick blankets for the bed. We stayed in January and it was a bit chilly at night. For longer term rentals it would have been good if more towels would have been supplied at no extra charge. Also wood for the fire (happy to pay) would have been great given the time of year. Apart from these things, our stay was great, so thank you solaga!
