Villa Paradiso Tria is set over one floor and offers a modern, chic design and feel throughout. The living area is open-plan alongside a kitchen with everything needed for self-catering, while indoor and outdoor living is perfectly blended thanks to the huge patio doors leading to the pool terrace. With two spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom, the villa suits either couples or a small family.
Step outside for an alfresco dinner with friends and family, laze on one of the sunloungers and swim in the delightful private pool. Aside from the wonderful facilities, the location of the villa is second-to-none. The authentic and scenic centre of Agia Pelagia is a mere 15-minute walk away. Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. There is a steep incline to the villa entrance. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat, however there is a small step up to the dining area. The pool itself requires ladder access. This is a ground-floor property, where the door into the kitchen is 200cm wide, and the door into the lounge is 100cm wide.
