This beautiful property is located on the island of Loinj in the small town of Sveti Jakov. The holiday home is equipped to meet all your expectations for a holiday. The spacious interiors are tastefully decorated. The terrain is terraced, so the house has more open and covered terraces and balconies; ideal for enjoying first morning coffee and al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is a mini wellness area with sauna and additional shower. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean flora, typical for the island of Loinj. The island is known as the "island of vitality".
