Spacious, air-conditioned, 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance. The centerpiece of the house is the large 11m x 4.5m swimming pool. The pool has a salt-based cleaning system instead of chlorine, which is kinder to the skin. The apartment's highlight is the pleasant, very large 50m2 terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped.
