Separate toilet (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (9 sqm). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (9 sqm). Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
