Luxury and modernly furnished Villa Lanterna is located in the peaceful and attractive town of Malinska on the island of Krk. The villa offers 380 m2 of living space and 755 m2 of outdoor area, providing top-level comfort for up to 10 guests, with an optimal capacity of 8. It is ideal for families and friends seeking privacy, luxury, and proximity to the sea.

Villa Lanterna is fully air-conditioned and equipped with seven air-conditioning units. The ground floor features a spacious dining area with a large table for 10 people, a modern kitchen fitted with high-quality appliances, and an elegant living room perfect for relaxing with a movie, socializing, or enjoying coffee prepared with a coffee machine, French press, or Moka Express. A separate guest toilet is also located on this level.

From the living room, guests can access a spacious terrace with a heated swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 meters and 1.60 m in depth, equipped with a hydromassage function. There is also a children’s pool measuring 2 x 2 m with a depth of 20 cm. Around the pool there are five sun loungers, as well as a shallow children’s pool. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dining thanks to the outdoor table and charcoal grill, creating the perfect setting for warm summer evenings.

The upper floor features four luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own bathroom and, two of which offer a beautiful sea view. Guests also have access to a cozy relaxation area, a washing machine, hairdryer, safe, ensuring complete comfort throughout their stay.

Upon request, a baby cot and high chair are available. Two extra beds for an additional two guests can be placed in the rooms upon the guest’s request. The villa’s garden is fully fenced, and guests are provided with four private parking spaces, as well as a 22 kW charging station for electric vehicles. For entertainment and active leisure, the villa offers various amenities including a charcoal barbecue, badminton, a trampoline for children, fitness equipment, jacuzzi, table football, darts, and billiards, where there is also a second separate toilet.

Numerous sandy and pebble beaches are located near the villa, with the popular sandy Rupa Beach standing out in particular. The island of Krk is known for its unspoiled nature and a wide range of outdoor activities, including water sports, cycling, running, walking, wine tours, and fishing. For guests arriving with their own boat, a mooring can be arranged upon prior request and at an additional cost.

At guests’ request, it is also possible to arrange a private chef in the villa, offering exquisite Mediterranean dishes with fish, meat, or vegetarian options.

In addition to its beautiful beaches, Malinska offers rich cultural and historical heritage, seaside promenades, and a variety of evening entertainment, with the early Christian complex in the Cickini forest being a particular highlight.
