"Dionis" is the name of this beautiful apartment, with a large terrace with sea views, on the first line, where the kilometers-long and well-known sandy beach of Alcudia begins.



The terrace is ideal, as in addition to its incredible sea views, it has a table with chairs for 4 people and two sun loungers. The apartment has a quite spacious living-dining room with numerous large windows that let in light and a sofa to rest and watch television. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living room.



In addition, they have two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the sea view terrace, which will make your stay very comfortable and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both the two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and wifi.



We highlight without a doubt the location of the apartment: precisely in the marina of Puerto de Alcudia, full of renowned restaurants, supermarkets and a children's park on the beach. This area is usually the scene of major events such as the Ironman.

Ehrholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir fanden das Appartment genauso wie beschrieben vor. Alles, was man benötigte, war vorhanden und die Glasfront auf dem Balkon ist wirklich perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation met der Agentur verlief ohne Probleme. Man sollte sich drauf einstellen, dass es am Nachmittag und Abend etwas lauter ist, da sich unter dem Appartment Restaurants befinden. Da wir dies vorher wussten, hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört; es war schliesslich Urlaub ;-) Direkt Parken am Appartment ist nicht möglich, aber es befindes sich ein öffentlicher Parkplats (kostenfrei) in der NÀhe (ca. 7 Min laufen), so das dies auch kein Problem war. Alles in Allem können wir dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen (Aufenhalt Ende April/ Anfang Mai)

Great spacious apartment with amazing sea view + balcony with all day sun

We spent 1 week in February at the apartment with our 2 kids. Great apartment, big bedrooms, and an amazing balcony, all day sun with sea view. The weather was cold but on the balcony it was very warm and nice with some sunshine. Location is perfect, on the beach and bars and restaurants next door. Only downside is the entrance of the building (a bit dirty and some drunk guys hanging around the front door of the building) and the apartment is quite noisy (you hear the neighbours pretty good). But we had a great stay

Great apartment and location

Great modern, apartment with all amenities. Clean and fantastic views of the bay/marina. Grocery stores across the street as are many great restaurants. The washing machine was a bonus!

Location location!

We stayed in this 2 bedroom condo for a week. I can’t say enough about the location! Close to the restaurants, literally on the beach. Communication with the property manager was easy. Nicely furnished, equipped kitchen (No basic supplies like salt & pepper, paper towels or garbage bags, just 1 garbage bag under the sink and in the bathroom and only 1 roll of toilet paper which I’ve never experienced before). The living room was very comfortable, balcony was well utilized by us, overlooking the beach. Totally loved it. The air conditioning worked very well. The toilet ran continuously in the toilet a small trickle that we contacted the property manager about. If you rent a car parking isn’t easy, we parked about a 5 minute walk away in a empty lot, as did a lot of others. Overall a very positive stay and would stay again.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location: 5 Stars *****

On arrival, we found the Property Manager to be very friendly and efficient. He explained everything in a very courteous and concise manner with excellent English. The apartment is located in a great location with great amenities in the surrounding area. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and very very clean with the Bonus of high speed internet. Pros: Beach view and Port views from the apartment windows. Taxi rank located below. 2 x Supermarkets across the road. Restaurants situated below facing the beach. Children play area located on the beach just below apartment. Very friendly area. Family orientated. Wonderful Beach with shallow water and very clean. Cons: None really. Review: 5 Stars *****

Insgesamt sehr schön, es ist nur abends sehr laut, da direkt darunter sich viele Restaurants befinden. Unsere Kinder hat das nicht gestört (22Monate) nach einem tÀglich perfekten Badetag an einem Strand 30m knöchelhohes Wasser ohne Wellen, Badewannen-warm...
